Welcome to the Champagne Room! With the walls wrapped in sparkling textures and adorned with pops of gold we created a unique delicious atmosphere to delight in and celebrate as you please.
This fabulous, recently built residence was beautified by the Splendor team to fit the elevated lifestyle the owners wanted and deserved to experience.
Adding the right amount of textures, enhancing the architectural foundation, and applying a dash of drama with a black and white palette we created not only a grand entrance, but also a symphony of exquisite rooms that make hosting a bliss and invite you to pause and enjoy their beauty on a daily basis.

Embracing shades of gold, stylish black accents and large proportions, this grand entrance became an unforgettable moment.
The marble floors shine their brightest next to this icicle-inspired center table that pairs beautifully with the chandeliers in all adjacent rooms. The combination brings lightness and sophistication to the entire main floor.

Fine Dining.
Elegant velvet wallpaper and custom-made trimmed drapes transformed this dining room into an inviting experience we all want to enjoy. The flawless custom molding and millwork is enhanced by the presence of bold textures, shapes and materials. A juxtaposition of classic and edgy.
The adjacent butler’s pantry gets to be the first thing you notice when entering the home carrying the presence of marble and gold accents that create a cohesive elegant flow. An antiqued-mirror wall stands out creating a hotel-like background while clear crystal glass spheres spirale down a pair of sculptural gold lamps that set the mood.
Always Black & White.
Prioritizing family time, this family room was created for a young couple with two kids and covered in life-proof materials and comfortable inviting pieces for them to enjoy for years to come.
A pair of custom swivel chairs were wrapped in a classic Schumacher pattern, pairing with a dramatic black et marquina wall that conceals the presence of a TV while creating a fantastic focal point that can be seen from the kitchen and breakfast room.
This bold and versatile space makes for the biggest presence of our black and white palette and collects the personality of all rooms into a welcoming haven.
Gild Heritage.
Bringing our founder’s Peruvian heritage to this home, our Gild Mirror Collection is featured in the powder room as a curated collage of gold and silver leaf hand crafted mirrors that are nothing less than a statement.
Each piece was hand-picked and brought directly from the artisan’s workshop in Peru creating a uniquely tailored collage that fits the space beautifully.
