INTERIOR DESIGN - CHIC LIVING AREA
Hi there!
I feel like it's been a long time since I sat down with my computer to relax a bit, and I LOVE that it is to share these pictures with you :) Whenever my home is looking a bit clean and organized I try to take some pictures and document small or big changes in the decor. So, this is one summer version of our living room.
The DC map moved to the top of the sofa after a great flea market visit where I got an old painting that went straight to our bar area. Oh! and a bunch of flower vases I'm OBSESSED with. If you follow me on Instagram I'm sure you've seen them all :) Also, our coffee table has definitely been one of my favorite spots to style this summer. Pink flowers, anyone?
TIP: Move your accessories around different rooms in the house and create new vignettes everywhere you want! :)
There is a bunch of things I would like to work on to keep transforming this space, but I think curtains are a priority! The light is gorgeous but it can drive you crazy during the brightest days even with these panels installed. Hopefully, it can happen soon! I've also been wanting to get some extra pillows but it has taken me forever to decide. And I feel like I need them to create more and more combinations in our rooms (do yo ever feel this way? ha!)
How do you like our space so far? This month will mark 1 year of living in this apartment. Can you believe it?! Time flies, dear. I'm telling you. Let's keep moving pillows around, and celebrating small things with chocolate and hugs and whatever else that makes us happy :)
